Bart Zwager is an entrepreneur with a back ground in bicycle parking and sustainable mobility. His vision is to make ICT solutions key in connecting cycling to the rest of the (sustainable) mobility chain. Stimulating and managing cycling is the aim to make the role of cyclists more important.
